Branson Market Update

When times change, we all look outside the box on how to run our business's in a different way. Real Estate is one of the business's where we have had to make some changes.
Homes around the Branson area are still selling. Sellers are still listing their properties for sale. It's just "different" right now. We have procedures in place such as wearing gloves when showing homes. We carry sanitizer. Sellers are to turn on all of the lights when they leave for a showing so Agents don't have to touch light switches. We remain 6 foot apart when showing homes. We are also doing Virtual Tours of homes so buyers can see the home in detail before they decide to see it for themselves. 
In Branson there are currently 394 homes for sale. There are an additional 119 homes currently under contract and in the last 30 days, 96 homes have sold. So business is continuing in Real Estate, it's just different.
